THE PIED-BIKER OF DC

Like the legendary Pied Piper of Hamelin, the Pied Biker of DC wears a brightly colored pack, but unlike the Pied Piper, the Pied Biker does not lure bikers away from DC to their death. Rather, the Pied Biker leads bikers up the Capital Crescent Trail for their health and enjoyment.

What follows is a collection of the bikers who appeared (thru the Contour Roam2 rearview helmet-mounted camera) to be following the Pied Biker on the afternoon of March 11th...

Leaving Georgetown under the Whitehurst Freeway.

Somebody ate her Wheaties, rode like a champ, and wore a jersey to prove it.
